My classes are an unconventional fusion of Iyengar yoga, Viniyoga, and Functional movement for people of all levels. This allows students to reap the benefits of precision, joint support, and improved strength and mobility in a fun and nurturing environment.
No two classes are the same, so students experience a wide variety of intensities and challenges designed to balance the nervous system
and Prana in the body.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
In private yoga sessions, we discover specific adjustments and personal asana sequences to bring you back to physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual alignment. An aligned body is a healthy body. Modifications and awareness learned in private sessions can then be taken into any class to enhance your practice safely and effectively.
Individual yoga sessions allow you to cultivate a heart-centered practice with sequences and adjustments that suit your
body and support your intentions.

Yoga with Jessica is a slow, deliberate, rhythmic Iyengar and Viniyoga fusion designed for all levels. Classes have a therapeutic intention with fluid movement, close attention to detail, and tailored modifications. The trauma-informed, inclusive practice focuses on slowing down, tuning in, and re-discovering the wholeness that we already are for a powerfully centering and gently strengthening experience.
